* SUMMARY
Style rule editor with wrapped placeholder looks poor. See attached image.

* STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Inspect <body> on about:blank
2. Show Styles, Rules sidebar
3. Make Styles sidebar very narrow
  => body style attribute rule editor placeholder text wraps and looks poor

To note, this appears to be resolved in Safari 8.1 beta. In that they don't allow you shrink the width of that space that small anymore, thus the, "no properties - click to edit" is no longer chopped off.
