This is an umbrella bug to track the progress of moving the components of the Window object out of the JS bindings code and down into implementation land.  This move will allow us to have the window object in other bindings by sharing the implementation and allowing autogeneration.  It should also allow us to more easily define and modify the security model.

All dependent bugs are resolved and blocker bug is dependent on this bug and have also all dependencies closed.

I would change it to 'RESOLVED CONFIGURATION CHANGED' to both at this point. Please reopen if something else is required. Thanks!
