Created attachment 226306 [details] Test-case [CSS Regions] Wheel events do not properly propagate to the region when the mouse pointer is on the region's overflow. See attached test-case. The computation of what region the event should propagate to is done in RenderNamedFlowThread::fragmentFromAbsolutePointAndBox

CSS Regions were removed in Bug 174978.
