Summary
Consider adding timestamps to build.webkit.org/dashboard

When looking at the dashboard, I frequently wonder if the latest red revision is the same one that I saw previously. A timestamp telling me that the results are 40 minutes old would be of huge help. Or maybe this won't be necessary once we have a popover with ChangeLog excerpt. The desire is to not be bothered by failures I already dealt with. There is likely no single solution to that - anything that saves repeated effort to decipher failures would be welcome.
