Consider merging https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/blink/+/456b438748b9d091b62b0c992bd2bb35fe65e0cc Moving XMLTreeViewer::hasNoStyleInformation to be static inline method in XMLDocumentParser.cpp as it should not be the responsibility of XMLTreeViewer.
