Created attachment 202990 [details] Test-case The fragmentation spec states that fragmentation should occur before positioning and transforms. However, currently transforms take place before fragmentation. In the attached file the red line should only be visible in one of the two regions, but not sliced across both of them.

CSS Regions were removed in Bug 174978.
