Consider merging https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/blink/+/f6bf84fd953fcd174eddc2cd4ae5b224d60964fc CSS grammar should allow spaces before the colon ':' on CSS variable definitions.

This landed in WebKit first as r149740, see bug 115802
