After https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=104676 GObject itrospection is not working, because during that phase WEBKIT_BUILD is not defined, so you get #error "Only <webkitdom/webkitdom.h> can be included directly."

This has been fixed as part of make distcheck fixes, see https://trac.webkit.org/changeset/143591 Thanks for reporting.
