We had better rename some ENABLE flags for consistency.
For example,
DATALIST -> DATALIST_ELEMENT
DETAILS -> DETAILS_ELEMENT
FILTERS -> SVG_FILTERS
METER_TAG -> METER_ELEMENT
PROGRESS_TAG -> PROGRESS_ELEMENT
VIDEO_TRACK -> TRACK_ELEMENT (?)
Should we add _API to BATTERY_STATUS, GAMEPAD, PINTER_LOCK, VIBRATION, and so on?
