Meta bug for supporting static in all the code generators.

With bug 72998 we support static methods in CodeGeneratorJS.pm and CodeGeneratorV8.pm.

We need to add support for CodeGeneratorCPP.pm, CodeGeneratorGObject.pm and CodeGeneratorObjC.pm too
