cvs-create-patch has a couple of irritating flaws 1. It doesn't handle files/directories that don't exist in the local repository when they are passed as arguments 2. New files don't get the correct path attaached

Created attachment 4822 [details] This patches problem (2) Okay this fixes problem (2) -- where the correct path is not given for new files. Unfortunately I don't know perl so can't be sure it's actually correct -- it produces the right output though, which i find promising.
