Touch based platforms like Maemo need a way to disable text selection and image dragging at run time, since it interferes heavily with kinetic scrolling.
(dynamically at run time, since it'd be nice to switch back to text selection mode - see e.g. the Maemo microb browser)

returning FALSE from EditorClientXXX::shouldChangeSelectedRange would prevent mouse based text selection from happening.
