Updating to the most recent w3c/web-platform-tests caused a number of failures in previously passing media-source tests.

Closing this as a meta-bug from six years ago with all of its dependencies resolved isn't super useful. :)

Some tests are still failing; and referred to this bug. So closing the bug and not remove the references is even less useful
