mathml/presentation/fractions-positions.html is broken again on iOS and Mac by the patch of bug 155639. Instead of tweaking the reftest again, we should just import http://tests.mathml-association.org/mathml/presentation-markup/fractions/frac-1.html

Probably because of bug 155714, there is now a problem with the stack axis height: https://trac.webkit.org/changeset/203105 https://github.com/MathML/MathMLinHTML5-tests/issues/2
