i asked a few users, my mum included :P. they all agree with me.
i'll pass the battle over to whomever has the common sense to agree that this is a bug :)

There is something wrong with the test case. I don't see "yay" text after input box.

Input element is a replaced element. Per Dave Hyatt comment in bug 13186 and since the reported issue is not possible to reproduce in WebKit r39524 because generated content is not rendered in this build of WebKit I close this bug as invalid for now.
