The situation with https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=65643 and <text> is a bit more complicated, so I'd like to fix everything but text in that bug and track fixing text with this one.

Support for -webkit-svg-shadow is gone in below commit: https://github.com/WebKit/WebKit/commit/74a7f05bcee9bd4b114ea3230a535666e233918d Do we have test case to show this particular issue or we can close this?
