After http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/131428 WebPageIcons.db is still 
created into  ~/.local/share/WebKitTestRunner/.QtWebKit/WebpageIcons.db

It should be created into /tmp/WebKitTestRunner-XXXXXX 
directory similar to LocalStorage and cache files.
