1. Switch to the Elements panel 2. Bring up the Settings dialog. 3. Click an element in the DOM tree to the left of the left Settings dialog boundary. The click should be inhibited, but instead the corresponding element gets selected.

The .help-window-outer Settings dialog container now covers the entire Web Inspector window.
