The following tests: svg/dynamic-updates/SVGFETurbulenceElement-dom-baseFrequency-attr.html svg/dynamic-updates/SVGFETurbulenceElement-dom-stitchTiles-attr.html svg/dynamic-updates/SVGFETurbulenceElement-svgdom-stitchTiles-prop.html draw the wrong patterns in comparison to the EFL-WK2 or mac results.

Now, these are passing. So I closed this after unskip TestExpectations at http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/162110
