Remove the Safari 2 -> Safari 3 icon database import code. The Safari 3-style icon database has been in shipping products since Fall 2007. Supporting this import seems unimportant.

EWS built fine, and test failures seem to be unrelated noise. http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/130128
