Could you please provide step by step instructions to reproduce? I opened this set, viewed a few photos, and cursor didn't disappear.

I had create a Flickr account. Then using iPhoto upload all those pictures. After the pictures were uploaded I begin deleting and adding single or small groups of pictures in succession. So the iPhoto progress bar was going all the time. These things are multi threaded, do it. To check on my progress I went to the Flickr site and looked around. Going back and forth between iPhoto and WebKit is when the cursor first disappeared on Webkit but would be visible on iPhoto or Finder until moved slightly. Quitting Webkit would cause the cursor to reappear, everywhere. As an aside ... iPhoto later became unresponsive and I lost all but Three Events. Clicking on those events caused the wrong information to be displayed. Its been hell. In an effort to determine if the iPhoto library was corrupted or the operating system, I copied the iPhoto library to another machine and experienced the same missing events problem. I believe the iPhoto library was corrupted. I have picture of a Nam buddy with two nude chicks sitting on his lap. The caption is War is Hell. This missing cursor thing is Hell.

Go to http://www.flickr.com/photos/85571394@N02/sets/72157631315182360/show/ Play the slide show... OK ... it takes awhile My computer goes into screen saver a couple of times during the presentation. When the show completed my cursor was gone. Starting up an app will return the cursor for that app until the cursor is moved off the app window to the WebKit window. Then the cursor becomes invisible even when returned to the previous app window, but its effects can be seen. Hope this helps

Created attachment 166367 [details] Cursor is invisible on WebKit or Safari... but visible when cursor is lowered to popup the dock Its important to notice that I tested Safari for this problem and found it there too. As the end of the slide show there is a dialog to return to the previous screen. When returning the cursor disappears with both Safari and WebKit. Reseting either will bring the cursor back. Until another Flickr slide show is completed and the return choice is clicked. Cursor will return when brought down to the dock and then out to any other screen but Safari or WebKit. When the cursor is brought close to Safari or Webkit the cursor will disappear in about a second.

Created attachment 166384 [details] clicking the button "Chamber of Commerce Tournament" button will cause the cursor to disappear on the next page. Instead of clicking the go back to the original page button, in this case "Chamber of Commerce Tournament" button, close the the window (command W) then via history got to the original page. The cursor will still be visible. So what ever happens with that "Chamber of Commerce Tournament" button action causes the cursor to disappear for both Safari and Webkit. Might be faulty coding... but should any code be allowed to disrupt basic functionality?
