compositing/overflow/overflow-scaled-descendant-overlapping.html output is flaky. It seems there's a line of garbage being produced at the bottom of the test image.

Marked LayoutTest bugs, bugs with Chromium IDs, and some others as WontFix. Test failure bugs still are trackable via TestExpectations or disabled unit tests.
