Summary Incorrect table layout on slow links
Alexey Proskuryakov
Reported 2006-06-08 04:47:45 PDT
Table structure can become wrong if layout happens before the source is fully loaded. This is most likely to happen on slow links. Please see the attached test case for a reduction.

What are the odds?! Bug 9357 might be a duplicate of this bug!!

Ugh, I can no longer reproduce this - rendering is different from Firefox, but identical with WinIE, and is the same as from a normal .html file. Most likely, I forgot to check that removing the flush/layout code changes the behavior at some point. I'll re-check on the machine where I made the reduction, and will probably have to close this bug.

Verified, the reduction is incorrect... The original issue was real, but I can no longer reproduce it under current network conditions (even using connection throttling), so it probably makes no sense to keep this bug open.
