Created attachment 157332 [details] Shot of the message when Help Center topic is clicked Mac OSX 10.8 Mountain Lion Safari 6.0 Intel iMac (late 2009) Help Center does not function. OSX has been re-downloaded (clean download) The ISP has thoroughly reviewed the internet connection. I browse without problem. 1) Click 'Help' on top menu bar 2) Click Safari Help (or any Mac application Help) 3) A Safari Help index screen opens 4) click on any specific topic and a Warning Window appears (see attachment) 5) From Console: HelpViewer[470]: : event.layerX and event.layerY are broken and deprecated in WebKit. They will be removed from the engine in the near future. (line: 0) i downloaded the nightly build for Aug. 8/12 and the problem persists
Please report this bug to Apple via <http://bugreport.apple.com> for Apple to investigate. WebKit is not a likely culprit here.
I am not an Apple Developer, so I cannot use bug report.apple.com I will call Apple Support (I have an open case on this problem). Do you have a suggestion as to where they should look in order to fix this problem?
