The following layout test is failing on Cr-Mac10.6/10.7. fast/forms/file/file-appearance-transform-no-effects.html Probable cause: After this change, http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/124960, layout for Cr-Mac looks broken. This seems to be a potential bug, and this change just reveal. So, I stop reverting the change. Could you guys looks into in more details? http://test-results.appspot.com/dashboards/flakiness_dashboard.html#showExpectations=true&tests=fast%2Fforms%2Ffile%2Ffile-appearance-transform-no-effects.html Strings appear in right position, but its frame looks shifting to upper side by one dot.

Looks like this was fixed in r132113 or r132112.
