"Anchor (or "#name")links don't work when the target anchor is inside an overflowing element.
Solved in Opera 7.60p3

This seems to work fine in TOT.

Works for me in Safari 2.0.3 (417.9.3) on Mac OS X 10.4.6 (8I127/PowerPC) as well in a locally-built WebKit r14704.
