msaboff asked me to hold off landing this rollout.
We discussed this a bit in #webkit. This patch is part of a series of three that we believe improve performance overall, but msaboff isn't planning to land the rest of the series until next week. The plan is to roll this one out for now, verify that all three together are a win, and then land them in quick succession.
