Seems like the device scale is applied twice. As a result, the LayoutTests fail. See for example, hidpi tests in svg/as-image/

Marked LayoutTest bugs, bugs with Chromium IDs, and some others as WontFix. Test failure bugs still are trackable via TestExpectations or disabled unit tests.
