When importing the CSS 2.1 test suite, the reference from inline-table-002a.htm was not imported (named inline-table-002-ref.xht in the CSS repo). Robert thinks this is low priority as the whole folder will be superseeded anyway.

If dpranke helps us fix bug 83048 then this will be a moot point.
