I'll improve ewk_view test coverage (see bug 86092 and bug 90451) -- maybe not to 100% as ewk_view is huge, but I'll at least work on the navigation (history) and bulk testing the simple getters/setters

I think I'll narrow this to handling the history-navigation as I think I'd like some comments on the best way to handle things and this seems like a good example...
