According to flakiness dashboard it's more than 70% failing on Win dbg and 30% on linux dbg.

Not fixed.. forgot to pass --no-close when landing.
WIN RELEASE bots are also experiencing time outs occasionally. Will update the test expectation.

I reproduced the failure on my local machine, but I'm not sure the failure on the buildbots is same as what I reproduced. This patch will fix the failure on my local machine.
So, I'll file another bug and repost the patch for it. Let's watch the bot result after landing the patch.
Unfortunately http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/126212 didn't help.
Also timeout on Mac debug build.
