Test app for issue

QML WebView's contentsSize.height keeps growing with the FishIE Tank example.
http://ie.microsoft.com/testdrive/Performance/FishIETank/Default.html

QWebView created from C++ doesn't have this issue.

1. Run attached .qml
2. Observe display grow (stretched) vertically
