http://trac.webkit.org/browser/trunk/Tools/Scripts/webkitpy/common/config/committers.py?rev=120484#L95 lists watchers who are not contributors. The CC list in bugzilla doesn't auto-complete their email addresses. It would be nice if bugzilla *did* auto-complete these email-addresses.

We should just have a single "BugzillaAutocomplete" list that would merge watchers and contributors. It makes no sense trying to list all "contributors" or to otherwise delineate roles beyond official committer/reviewer ones.
