ENABLE_CSS3_FLEXBOX should be on, still the new test from r120132 fails in WebKit EFL.

Re-enabled in http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/127050 , and related suppression filed in bug 95366.

Oops, too soon. I re-added the suppression in http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/127054. I suspect this is the same problem as Qt (see bug 88963): form controls probably override padding.
