RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 63108805
sz-ligature not substituted to ss by "text-transform: uppercase"

Summary sz-ligature not substituted to ss by "text-transform: uppercase"

If no ß is available, ss is used instead. This applies especially to all caps or small caps texts because ß does not have an uppercase form. Currently, Safari’s text-transform does not obey that rule. If you set the text-transform to "uppercase", the ß isn’t substituted to “SS”.
