Unfortunately, due to the state of our Windows bots, it is difficult to determine when this started.

fast/frames/frame-set-scaling-hit.html

I am going to add Windows-specific expected (failing?) results to get the bots greener.

There aren't any win-cairo specific expectation for these tests so it must be for AppleWin port, which is gone now.

Closing this as 'RESOLVED CONFIGURATION CHANGED'.
