Updated the Windows Skipped list and added Windows-specific expected (failing?) results in http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/119147

I think this was for AppleWin port, which is gone since win-cairo port has folder named 'win-cairo' in Platforms folder.

Marking this as 'RESOLVED WONTFIX'.
