<rdar://problem/11545295> * STEPS TO REPRODUCE 0. Install and enable the Flash Player plug-in 1. Navigate to the URL 2. Scroll down * RESULTS While scrolling, as soon as the fixed banner at the bottom overlaps one of the Flash ads, it begins to jitter as it repeatedly scrolls along with the page, then snaps back to the bottom. This was caused by <http://trac.webkit.org/r109851>, the fix for bug 50192.

I wonder if the patch in https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=64201 fixes this?
