Android ICS version 4.0.3

Set Phone locale to Arabic.
Access youtube.com from browser (it will redirect to m.youtube.com)
Display screen is split into two screens.
(Attached video for reference).

Video showing bug scenario

Video shows when we open youtube.com in arabic interface, it will be rendered in two pages.(split screen).
First page (left side) will contain only image of the video selected. If we click on the image, video will be played. Left side page will have the actual links and right page will have the videos listed.
Its observed in Android ICS versions.

Please fie bugs that are specific to iOS or Android to Apple and Google respectively. We can not track them in webkit.org bugzilla, because these ports don't build directly from webkit.org source code.
