See 86916 for context ... we shouldn't fetch the debug baseline if we have already fetched the release baseline, for example ...

This is resolved now, right? Can we close this bug or are there other cases that need to be addressed?

Yes, I think we can close this (see bug 86916). It might be nice at some point to push the logic lower into the rebaseline commands in webkit-patch.
