We don't have any test case or test failure, where this regression happened and steps on how to reproduce and I am not sure whether it is reproducible in Safari 16.1 or not. I am going to add few Webkit folks to give their input or close this bug with appropriate status. Thanks!

Just Ctrl+click on any text input here in bugzilla. The Font menu item is not disabled, and it even has a couple items in a submenu that are enabled yet dysfunctional.
