This is pretty similiar to Bug 39578, but instead of not showing the underline, the underline is sometimes not erased.
Actually what I have found out is that, when typing using a input method there is either
1, no underline drawn or,
2, the drawn underline isn't get erased until something else happens.

The Qt port has been removed from WebKit, resolving this bug.
