Steps to reproduce: 1) Run any layout test that does not pass 2) run-launcher window will appear showing the test results. 3) Click "expand all" link in the up-right corner 4) Resize the window so that it is possible to see internal scrollbars 5) Click "collaps all" -> scrollbars are still there

Closing this bug because the EFL port has been removed from trunk. If you feel this bug applies to a different upstream WebKit port and was closed in error, please either update the title and reopen the bug, or leave a comment to request this.
