It fails in Nightly build and Safari, you can't jump back, return to the previous page, after entering in any link in these site. I have tested it with Chrome and works perfectly: any problem at all.

I don't think that I can reproduce this with Safari 5.1.5 and nightly
r116006
. Going back/forward works just fine, with one exception: Safari progress bar appears stuck. Could you please provide detailed step by step instructions to reproduce?

When I saw that first time, I tried it with Safari and Chrome. With Safari and webkit the behavior was the same on both, white windows when jumping back from any link inside the site, with Chrome all worked fine. I then tried iPhone, and it worked well. Anyway, the progress bar also got stuck. I have now tried it again and yes, it is exactly as you say: progress bar get stuck (is the only site where I've seen that) but now the pages jump back well.

Aha! The problem always appears when you use the trackpad gesture of sliding two fingers right in order to jumping back. Then you get a white window without any of the original _frames_

So you're saying the bad bug reproduces with Safari 5.1.5, WebKit nightly, and using back/forward gestures. Does the problem also reproduce with stock Safari 5.1.5 and back/forward gestures?

Yes, it does. This is not a regression from Safari 5.1.5.

It is a very very annoying bug since it happens with every FRAMED page. It always get stuck when trying to redraw the whole window when what Safari and NightlyBuild should do is to animate and redraw only the frame. Chrome does it well (yes, with gestures also)

I've added a small video to illustrate the "problem"
