The Error Console is a very useful JavaScript debugging tool. It'd be nice if you could clear it with a key shortcut. Could it be moved it out of WebBrowser and into WebKit, and could it behave like the new Inspector?

It's certainly something we could consider. I think there are several pieces of Safari which could make sense inside WebKit as public interfaces asside from WebView.

Is this still relevant as we now have the "Console" tab in the WebInspector?

Marking this as RESOLVED CONFIGURATION CHANGED. Since Safari has Web Inspector and also have open source side code in WebKit source repository.
