[QT] table border-collapse property does not work properly with QtWebkit
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=85223
Summary
[QT] table border-collapse property does not work properly with QtWebkit

Reported

For CSS property "border-collapse", it does not work on QtWebkit, while it works ok on webkit.org. Run the attached test case or this one from W3C CSS2.1 test suite:
http://test.csswg.org/suites/css2.1/20110323/html4/table-visual-layout-018.htm
You will see table with red borders shown in the QtWebkit-based browser (like QtWebkit Mini browser). (you may need to zoom-in/out the page to see the red borders).
