Windows 7, Chromium 20.0.1109.0

Though dates and months names are localized in date UI popup, browser itself is localized, Today and Clear buttons are in English

Thank you for reporting.  These labels are already handled by the localization framework.  Chromium just doesn't have localized strings yet.  They're going to be translated before Google Chrome Stable release.
