svg/custom/foreign-object-skew.svg is failing only on Mac 10.5, with the foreign object appearing in the wrong layer, it seems.

On closer inspection and discussion, it appears the input button in the foreign object is totally screwed up. We won't fix this, methinks.

Several tests here were failing consistently.  New baselines checked in for all these tests in r124142.
