When using Qt 4.8.1 mingw on windows, Web SQL Database file name is not correctly generated, it used to be 16-char long number, but actually result is "%016I64x", which seems some kinds of printf got things wrong, and makes qwebview unusable. Problem maybe limit to specific binary, all Qt/Mingw binary downloads from http://qt.nokia.com/downloads/windows-cpp. Windows 7, Qt 4.8.1 Mingw, Mingw 4.4.0
