http://test-results.appspot.com/dashboards/flakiness_dashboard.html#showExpectations=true&tests=inspector%2Ftimeline%2Ftimeline-start-time.html Looking at the diffs, it looks like the precision of Date.now() and the inspector timeline might not be the same. If the test runs really fast, maybe due to rounding we're getting errors?
